Pilates tones and strengthens the entire body. I use the Magic Circle which is a ring that provides resistance thoughout the exercise routine and is an original tool invented by Joseph Pilates. With this equipment we are able to deepen the workout for excellent results in toning and conditioning the body without putting undue pressure on joints.
