Yoga & Meditation

My classes are as unique and individual as you are. I like to include breathing exercises to calm the mind and body as well as a healthy dose of meditation. I also include facial yoga to keep all the facial muscles younger and stronger.
I use hatha yoga with a vinyasa flow to keep lessons moving and burn a few extra calories.
Yoga has been part of people’s daily life for thousands of years and has provided harmony, calm and strength and flexibility though out time. Yoga is for everyone and has no boundaries. Find your strength and health will flow though you.
